PromptPaddi Tutor · every subject, every evening

A tutor every evening. No stranger at the door.

Your child learns any subject and topic with Paddi, our built-in AI tutor, at home. Paddi teaches a short lesson first, then asks questions one at a time, with hints step by step and never the answer first. You see every session on your own dashboard.

A mini-lesson with Paddi: adding fractions

🦉 Step 1

A fraction is pieces of a whole. In 3/5, the bottom number (5) says the whole is cut into 5 equal pieces; the top number (3) says how many pieces we have.

When the pieces are the same size, adding is easy: add the tops, keep the bottom. 1/5 + 2/5 = 3/5.

Why evenings are hard

Homework help shouldn't mean a stranger, a bus ride or the answers.

A lesson teacher costs ₦30,000 to ₦300,000 a month, visits a few times, and you rarely see what was learnt. A free chatbot simply gives the answer. Paddi teaches the step, lets your child try, and shows you every session.

A lesson teacher
  • ₦30,000 to ₦300,000 a month
  • A visitor at home, or travel to lessons
  • You rarely see what was learnt

How Paddi teaches

Teach first. Then step by step.

  1. 1What would you like to learn today?Paddi opens with that question. Your child chooses a topic from their own curriculum, or writes the one they need.
  2. 2A short lesson firstBefore any questions, Paddi teaches the step: the idea, a worked example with Nigerian names and naira, and one to try. Videos we have checked and approved play right inside it.
  3. 3Step by stepFind their level with five quick questions, or start from the beginning. Four or five right and they move up; finding it hard, Paddi steps back and makes it gentler.
  4. 4Hints, never the answer firstStuck? A small hint, then a bigger one. Only after your child has tried does Paddi show the working. Up to three stars for every set, and badges along the way.

Try a lesson the way Paddi teaches.

A short step, then two questions. Get one wrong on purpose: you'll get a hint before the answer, so the thinking stays with your child. In the real Tutor, Paddi writes each lesson for your child's class and topic.

A mini-lesson with Paddi: the past tense with -ed

🦉 Step 1

When something has already happened, many verbs add -ed: today I play, yesterday I played.

Words like yesterday, last week and ago are clues that it is in the past.

For parents

A mark says right or wrong. We also ask: how sure were you?

That one question splits every answer four ways, from Dr Timi Hyacinth's Learning GPS. The most important, confident but wrong, is invisible to a normal mark, and it is what your dashboard shows you first. You also see every day your child used the Tutor, their scores week by week, and each topic climbing step by step.

Right and sure

Wrong, not sure
