The School AI Governance Framework (SAGF) by Dr Timi Hyacinth and AFRISAGE, shaped by needs assessments with staff, parents and pupils in Nigerian schools, and aligned to ISO 21001.

What school leaders ask.

Who is it for?

Proprietors, head teachers, AI governance leads and governing boards of primary and secondary schools.

Can we change the documents?

Yes. That is what they are for: put in your school's name, adapt the bracketed parts, remove what does not apply, and take them through your normal approval.

What does the licence allow?

Use and adaptation within your own school, by all its staff. Please do not sell, publish or share the documents outside the school. For other uses, ask AFRISAGE at admin@afrisage.org.

Do we get new documents?

Yes. Documents added to the suite, such as the SAGF risk register and maturity model, appear on your school's download page at no extra cost.

Is there a discount?

Schools that bought the AI Governance Course for Educators for a group of teachers pay less: 50% off for 50 or more teachers, 20% off for a smaller group. Open the suite from your school's seats page and the price is applied.

How do we get it after paying?

By Paystack, the download page opens straight away and is emailed to you. By bank transfer, we check the payment and email the page, usually the same day.

Is it legal advice?

No. The documents are a strong, tested starting point; your school remains responsible for its own policies and should take legal or safeguarding advice where needed.
